Since our policy is not to charge you fees until an IVA has been approved you can be confident that if we recommend an IVA as a solution there is a high chance of success.
Before you commit to the process we will set out in writing exactly what you can expect from us and our fees will be clearly explained. As it is likely that our fees will effectively be paid by your lenders they must agree to them before an IVA is approved, and our fee structure is based upon what we know that they will accept. Fair to you and fair to your creditors.
